I can't praise Matt from Macdaddy & Co high enough, with my INTERNET NBN issue. He arrived on time & followed my instructions to enter my secure unit bock, to the letter 👍👍 . He said he would take an hour but would stay until he fixed the problem & the fee would stay as quoted. Matt was here for 1 hour & 40 minutes, we confirmed & did extra testing with Telstra, regarding the modem setup, also checked the NBN room in my unit complex.
