We had a moulding issue in our main bedroom. Matt came out for an inspection and did a very detailed inspection of the whole house. He recommended some modifications to be done and treated the mould promptly. Matt did a great job and is very professional. I had Matt come thru to my place in Glebe and clean some mould that had built up on the ceiling of my bathroom. He did a great job, quick and professional and the ceiling looks great. He talked me through all the options but didn't put any pressure or try to upsell when I said I wanted the cheapest one. And he was happy to have a look and give me some free advice on some other work I'm thinking of doing on the place in the future while he was here. Very friendly guy. I am located in Lane Cove. Matt was great and I rate him 10/10. He came punctual and explained the whole process and was very handy and guided us with many things. We have a mould problem in our apartment and Matt has helped us understand and identify the causes. He has also helped us engage strata and offered to come free of charge to check other apartments. We agreed on the biocide and sealer treatment for four of our rooms. The bathroom was extremely bad and now looks brand new. We had a roof leak that was unidentified and the guys managed to pin point the cause of our issue and organised the roof plumber to come out the next day. I can't praise Matt from Macdaddy & Co high enough, with my INTERNET NBN issue. He arrived on time & followed my instructions to enter my secure unit bock, to the letter 👍👍 . He said he would take an hour but would stay until he fixed the problem & the fee would stay as quoted. Matt was here for 1 hour & 40 minutes, we confirmed & did extra testing with Telstra, regarding the modem setup, also checked the NBN room in my unit complex.
