I made a promise to the Macdaddy team to write a review after 6 months if our treatment has held off. We had the damp proofing and kill and seal service. Very happy with the service and treatment offered it was different to others but I am very happy that I chose these guys, mould has not returned. Two other companies we have used previously did not care about the outcome. Instead we had mould growing in our cavities which Matt and the Macdaddy team identified immediately. I am located in Lane Cove. Matt was great and I rate him 10/10. He came punctual and explained the whole process and was very handy and guided us with many things. We have a mould problem in our apartment and Matt has helped us understand and identify the causes. He has also helped us engage strata and offered to come free of charge to check other apartments. We agreed on the biocide and sealer treatment for four of our rooms. The bathroom was extremely bad and now looks brand new. Matt was very friendly and helpful, and did a fantastic job cleaning the black mould from the windows in my apartment! He even gave me tips to help stop it if it ever starts coming back. I got quoted the best price from a few different companies I looked at, and he didn't end up charging any more than was quoted. Very pleased with the Macdaddy Team. Matt and Bailey came out to our place in Gordon the same day. We had a roof leak that was unidentified and the guys managed to pin point the cause of our issue and organised the roof plumber to come out the next day. They completed the mould treatment in our 2 bathrooms that we had some concern on our ceilings. We received plenty of advice and a mould management plan for our home.
